The rental of our venue, Ruth Street Theater, costs AZ Phil about $3,500 per concert cycle.

There is the basic cost of the hall itself, but in addition, we have to pay for the green room where the musicians warm up before the rehearsals and concert and also go during intermission and breaks. There are fees for the conductor and soloists’ dressing rooms, staff to do the lighting, the sound system, running the backstage, and the janitor.
