Ticket Purchase Guarantee
Our Ticket Purchase Guarantee allows you to exchange or donate your ticket purchase, for any reason. You may even exchange your tickets for concerts in the 2023-2024 season. Please review the full details below.
- You may exchange or donate your ticket purchase, for any reason.
- Exchanges: Tickets for the 2022-2023 indoor concerts may be exchanged for any concert of the 2022-2023 or 2023-2024 seasons.
- Donations: Tickets may be donated back to Arizona Philharmonic for the full tax-deductible value of its purchase price.
Further details:
- If a concert is rescheduled, you will automatically be given the opportunity to keep your existing seat for the new date.
- If a concert is cancelled, we will attempt to reach you to offer an exchange or a donation. If we cannot reach you, you will automatically be given a refund through your original purchase method or by a check mailed to the address in your customer records.
- If you cannot or choose not to attend a concert, we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible so that your seat may be made available to another patron.
- Ticket refunds and exchanges can only be processed on tickets that were purchased by the ticket-holder on the YCPAC ticket site.
- Unless due to a cancelled concert, refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased under a discount package may forfeit part or all of the package’s discount if the remaining ticket purchases do not fulfill the original discount offer.
- Flex pass, box seat, and Music Without Walls purchases are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or donated back.
- Tickets are eligible for exchange or donation when you notify us of your inability to attend the concert no later than the day of the concert. You may notify us by filling out a form at the YCPAC box office, calling the box office at (928) 776-2000 or emailing ycpac@yc.edu. (See below)
- If you are exchanging for a concert in a future season, your exchange can be processed any time after that season has been announced.
- If during an exchange you are upgrading to a higher priced ticket, you will be charged the difference.
For any changes regarding your ticket, please visit the YCPAC box office, email them at ycpac@yc.edu, or call (928) 776-2000. Please send us the concert title and date, the name under which the ticket was purchased and the seat number(s) relevant to your requested change.
A Note About our 2022-2023 Ticket Purchase Guarantee
We thank our 2021-2022 patrons for purchasing tickets and attending concerts that we adjusted for the pandemic.
If you chose to use a ticket from last season for a concert in the 2022-2023 season, YCPAC Box Office has handled the transfer of the ticket. Please make sure you use your transferred ticket for a concert during the 2022-2023 season. Applying transferred tickets to combined purchases like a season ticket, pick 5, or pick 3, your purchase will be appropriately lowered by the original value of the transferred ticket.
