DESCRIPTION:Arizona Philharmonic is pleased to present a new interactive “lecture” series during each concert cycle for the 2024 – 2025 season.  \nPrior to each Sunday performance\, on Saturdays at 11am at the Ruth Street Theater\, Arizona Philharmonic guest artists will engage lecture participants in lively coachings\, discussions\, and workshops based on various musical and artistic aspects of the upcoming concert. Enjoy creating personal connections with high-caliber musicians and artists in this unique lecture series. \nOn Saturday\, November 23rd\, join Dennis Houser\, Artistic Director of Prescott Chorale\, for a engaging dive into the world of choral music\, and Handel’s beloved work\, Messiah. You won’t want to miss this event!\n\nPlease note this event requires a ticket\, and is separate from the pre-concert talk at 2pm on Sunday\, November 24th. \nTickets are $12 for adults and $5 for children for general admission. \nLocation is Ruth Street Theater at 11:00 am on November 23.\nIf you are an OLLI member\, visit YC.EDU here to see what discounts are offered on this series. \n\n
